As a Dutch Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries and issues through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in Dutch and English, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with using computers and different software programs.

Responsibilities
Handle all incoming questions and requests via telephone, e-mail and /or chat
Providing assistants related to sales matters
Clarifying invoicing and payments (incl. dropping procedure of customers, payments plan, deferred payments and
when to cancel costs
Advising client of Tariff changes (incl. proposing a product change or a discount)
Increase client’s satisfaction while building and maintaining good and long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Secondary school level of qualification
Previous proven customer service experience
Dutch – native level (oral and written)
English – working level
Experience with CRM systems a plus
MS Office skills
Willingness to learn
Customer oriented
Strong communication skills
Able to work autonomously
Not afraid to take decisions
Team player with good logical and analytical thinking
