Our Client in Lisbon is looking for Customer Service Advisors with very good French (C1) to join a project about make-up and perfume.


What will you do:

  • Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience
  • Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests
  • Helping with shipment location, refunds, account access


Who you are:

  • Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2)
  • Good computer skills
  • Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good listening and empathy skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Team spirit and flexibility
