General Responsibilities
• Design and distribute opinion polling surveys
• Compile, analyze, and assess the survey data
• Compose a narrative analysis of survey results
• Create and manage a social media account
• Raise awareness about the project through various social media outlets (e.g., FB, Youtube, Blog posts, Online interviews, etc.)
• Occasionally, and as per PI’s guidance, conduct research of Estonian scholarly literature and contribute to the project source pool
• Work closely with the PI (bi-weekly reporting)

Specific Responsibilities and Tasks
• Reach out to survey subjects through social media, by email, and by phone or online calls
• Survey data analysis and modeling
• Direct Interview arrangement and related information and quantitative/qualitative data analysis
• Analyze and interpret the results using computational software
• Generate graphs to illustrate the results

• Estonian Language – working knowledge (reading comprehension, written and oral communication)
• English Language – Excellent command (reading comprehension, written and oral communication)
• PhD Degree in hand or Graduate or Undergraduate Student in good standing in one of the following
• Baltic Studies, Demography, Philosophy, Political Science, Language and Literature, Sociology, Linguistics, Psychology, History (other fields may be considered)
• Proficiency with polling and data analysis software

• Experience designing, distributing, analyzing, and assessing opinion surveys • Survey design software proficiency • Publications in peer-reviewed academic journals • Interest in Estonian history, politics, and trauma studies
